Becky is originally from Greenville, South Carolina. After graduating from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor's degree in journalism, she moved to Boston in the fall of 2007 to attend graduate school for photography, writing, and multimedia at Boston University. She worked at Infinity Portrait Design in Beacon Hill until 2009 when she moved to Nashville to continue her photography business and start a multimedia company with her fiancé, filmmaker and multimedia czar extraordinaire Allen Smith.

She currently works as a freelance photographer and has contributed her photographs, multimedia projects, and overall production prowess to Chic Magazine, the Beacon Hill Times, Back Bay Veterinary Clinic, the North Bennet Street School, the Greenville Drive, Infinity Portrait Design, and Ashley Segroves Photography.

Becky's style is deeply rooted in photojournalism, so every event or portrait she shoots has a natural, less posed feel to it, which makes each session unique.

In the past few years, Becky has been a featured artist at Barnes & Noble, and has had exhibits in Sorelles gallery and the Raymond James gallery, both in Greenville, South Carolina.

When she's not working, Becky enjoys spending time with her fiancé, traveling, knitting, drinking too much coffee, eating Twizzlers, and finding good music venues.

She is also a die-hard New York Yankees fan, but no Red Sox fans were harmed in the creation of this website.
